What We Do

RAAI is currently focusing in hard-to-reach area in northeast, such as Nguro soye community Bama sectoral approach intervention i.e. Protection, SGBV, Livelihood and WASH aiming before the end of 2023 to reach out to 3000 beneficiaries. Currently RAAI has reach out to 100 women and Girls beneficiaries with hygiene items; 100 women has been impowered with improved seeds for dry season and backyard farming; Also targeted women and girls to advocate to partners with a Gap need of about 2000 Menstrual hygiene kits for women and girls and mainstreaming Education in our programming for mobile learning to children to support them with learning materials to foster Education in the community and General protection in Soye.

To contribute consummately towards sustainable human and environmental development through service delivery all round 360 through working with poor and marginalized population to eradicate poverty by overcoming the injustices and inequality that cause it and promote efficient health service delivery as well as result oriented socio-economic empowerment, institutional, legislative support to enable affected communities grow and develop their full potential in their society especially the most Vulnerable people. Also to expose opportunities towards addressing poverty in accessing more to livelihood, Agriculture and unlimited food supply among others and good Practice that help in practical ways to root it out in their communities and across Nigeria, Africa and the world at large.

We are non-profitable & Charity Organization raising support through Advocacy for our women and girls, cutting across all sectors for Northeast, Northwest Nigeria not limited to to the entire country where need arises

Girl Child Prestige

Provided basic sanitary needs and initiated work and education programmes for girls bringing about an attitude change in parents and promoting equality.

Non Food Item(NFI) Distribution

Over 1,465 People have benefitted from RAAI On Non Food Item and providing free Health Diginity Kits to the Women in rural areas such as the dip zone area

Food Items Distribution

Over 783 House hold benefit from RAAl distribution of Food Items in Auno Ward, Konduga Local Government Area Maidugiri to the needy and IDPs

Our Reach

In keeping with its philosophy of 'Real Work Real Change', Rapid Action Aid Initiative an NGO in Borno State had support the underserved and IDPs and has taken its intervention into the interiors of Nigeria, reaching the unreached dip zone of rural areas and urban slums with our services and helping hands to make a better Nigeria.

Distribution of Hygiene Items

Distribution of WASH items to 100 women and adolescence girls out of population density of >15,0000 INDs to support the resilience of Accounted and Affected Population (AAP) in Balabilin informal camp, Ngoru Soye Bama LGA, in collaboration with IOM.

The population whom have returned back to their initial place of displacements about 60% of the population while others are still displaced and are yet to returned back whom their living condition has exploited our women, girls and PLWD to hard living life style in the community.
